Amaryllis will be conducting a scheduled release of a new version to its production environment on Thursday February 27, 2025.
No downtime is expected.
However please note that during the deployment all management operations such as creating or modifying an entity (operator, service provider, platform account, sub-account), users or UMS Application will be disabled. In addition, there might be some interruption in loading of Back-Office reports data. All other operations such as e.g. transaction processing, tokenization, billing will not be affected and will be available as usual.
This scheduled maintenance affected: API (Management API (Platform Accounts Management Sub-Accounts Management Users Management Underwriting Management)) and Back Office.
